Cat Utopia is a Non Profit Organization dedicated to reducing the numbers of unwanted felines in Eastern Oregon through Spay/Neuter, Adoption, and Education. Our organization focuses on stray and abandoned animals that are in the greatest need. The animals are altered, socialized, medically treated for injuries or illness, and adopted or re-released if feral.
