Animal Control provides shelter operations, public education services, adoption programs, a rabies shot clinic and enforcement of municipal animal codes. Our Mission: To provide humane care and shelter to all animals housed at the Kenai Animal Shelter, and to fairly enforce the City’s code of animal ordinances throughout the City of Kenai.
