The adoption process for the Muskingum County K-9 Adoption Center is as follows: Any Dog may be adopted after their 3 day Stray Hold is up. All Dogs that are adopted must be spayed/neutered at a veterinarian under contract with Muskingum County unless already spayed/neutered before arrival at the Muskingum County K-9 Adoption Center.
