Pope County Humane Society was established in 1985 and incorporated in 1987. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, dedicated to caring for lost, abandoned, and stray animals. Seeing a need for an energetic nonprofit to support our community's animals, we formed our organization to provide solutions for animals in need. We've grown considerably since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community!
