We are a small foster home based rescue in southeastern MN. We do not have a shelter or physical office. We are strictly volunteer based. All animals are kept inside foster homes where they learn to live as a happy, healthy family member.

  • We adopted Holly in June of 1014. I cannot imagine my life with out Holly. Holly has been the best dog we ever have owned. Holly was very scared yet when we adopted her. But with lots of love and care she trust people again. Holly is happy and healthy. We feed her top food so that she will live the longest life possible. Thank you Second Chances Open Arms Rescue for saving our Holly and giving us the best gift we could ever ask for.
